Shipping and pickup

Delivery within Malaysia

We deliver to all states in Malaysia. Delivery fees are shown at checkout before you pay.

• West Malaysia: RM 8.00
• Sabah, Sarawak, Labuan: RM 15.00
• Free delivery when your order is RM 200.00 or more, before any voucher or points.

Processing and delivery time

Paid orders are packed within 1 to 2 working days (we are closed on Monday and Wednesday). Estimated delivery after dispatch is 2 to 5 working days (West Malaysia), 5 to 10 working days (Sabah, Sarawak and Labuan). These are estimates; couriers may be delayed during sales, festive periods and bad weather.

When your order ships we email you the tracking number, and you can also see it on our Track my order page.

Store pickup

Choose Store pickup at checkout to avoid the delivery fee. Collect from Direct No Limit Card Vault, 17-4-1, Jalan Setia Prima D U13/D, Setia Alam, Seksyen U13, 40170 Shah Alam, Selangor. Please wait for our message or email that your order is ready, and bring your order number and a valid photo ID.

Wrong address

Please check your delivery address carefully. We are not responsible for parcels lost because of an incorrect or incomplete address. Contact us straight away on WhatsApp 011-1650 7433 if you need to correct it before dispatch.

Damaged or missing parcels

Please record a short unboxing video and contact us within 48 hours of receiving the parcel. See our Refund and returns policy.
